Business Experience

Bill has over 30 years experience consulting to Fortune 500 companies. His clients include some of the major forces presently shaping the future of telecommunications, energy, financial services, manufacturing and heavy industry.

Bill's work focuses on producing results that enable clients to redefine the way business is done in their industry. At one automobile manufacturing company, his work in "chimney (Silo) breaking" led to a new definition for strategic deployment of senior management and professionals as teams. At a copper producing company, he assisted in the creation of an effective partnership between labor and management which, at the time, was benchmarked by government and industry.

Education

Bill received a Ph.D. from the University of Houston and an M.S. and B.S. from Texas A&M
University. He is an active participant and lecturer in continuing education seminars.
