Facilitation of Large “Public” Events:

Our research has found that companies who were successful in transforming their organization included “public conversation” about the change efforts within the company. We have developed large events that allow for these conversations to be held in such a way as to provide valuable input on the change effort and build support for the changes. The number of participants has ranged from 50 to 350, and the level of participants has included presidents, salary and hourly employees and vendors.
