Design of the Change Initiative:
- We work with our clients to identify specific, measurable outcomes that will achieve the necessary business objectives and then work from these outcomes to design a clear plan for implementation.
Implementation and Management:
- We work in active partnership with our clients throughout the implementation process to develop the capacity for self-generated, ongoing breakthrough performance.
Workforce Involvement:
- Our approaches increase the alignment and enrollment of employees resulting in a revitalized, business literate workforce with clarity, focus and ownership of their objectives. Employees continue generating the next breakthrough level of results after we are gone.
Facilitation of Large “Public” Events:
- Our research has found that companies who were successful in transforming their organization included “public conversation” about the change efforts within the company. We have developed large events that allow for these conversations to be held in such a way as to provide valuable input on the change effort and build support for the changes. The number of participants has ranged from 50 to 350, and the level of participants has included presidents, salary and hourly employees and vendors.
Sustainable Results:
- A foundation is built so that the organization can sustain the change effort and continue to produce specific, quantifiable results after we are gone.
Breakthrough Projects:
- Breakthrough projects are aligned with the overall strategy and focused on increasing the velocity and magnitude of results achieved by our clients.
Architecture Design:
- The overall engagement architecture is designed in partnership with management to develop and implement the strategy needed to achieve the outcomes.
Leadership Development:
- Formal and informal leaders are developed by “on-the-ground” experience in producing results.
Client Support:
- From design through completion, we support our clients throughout the entire implementation process.
Collaboration:
- Co-Design™ and JDT™ projects include salary and hourly employees working together on a common outcome.
