Our consulting services expand internal networks needed to realize the possibility of effective, cross-functional execution. Our courses increase individuals' work capacity as well as instill pride through involvement in producing measurable results.  We originated delivering "just-in-time" training to work teams involved in high-value tasks.  At KCB, we believe that education and employee development are most effective when teams are performing at, or near, their natural capacity. Our training courses and services are included within three areas of consultation:
 

Phase I:

Readiness for change is measured and a program to start the formation of work teams is co-designed with you focused on your business plans. Business literacy material is co-designed with our consultants and delivered through your floor-level volunteers. Teams are launched, leadership oversight groups formed and training that transforms both the work environment and the team leader's leadership capability is delivered on-site.
 

Phase II:

Work teams are multiplied; scorecarding is frequent and public. There may be a desire for a next level business literacy effort. Cross-functional teams are chartered, training in process redesign and the next level of transformation of the work environment and leadership is delivered on-site to teams in action.
 

Phase III:

An internal Project Manager is chosen and trained, metrics are finalized and the entire work team effort is integrated as an important component of your normal planning process.
