Bob is an expert in Strategic Execution, or the successful implementation of strategic change. His focus in Strategic Execution is shareholder value creation through bold leadership, collaborative approach to management, and engagement of employees to achieve unprecedented results. Bob assists clients achieve value creation through a blend of breakthrough projects for improvement, organic growth, and external growth through acquisitions / alliances. His specialization includes: Design of Strategic Execution initiatives, Leadership, Executive Coaching and Executive team formalization and functioning.

Experience

Bob has worked extensively with boards of directors and executive groups. Because of his unique expertise, Bob has worked extensively with global and multinational companies in Asia, Canada, Europe, Latin America and the US. He has worked in a wide array of industries including automotive, building materials, energy, finance, forest products, mining and holding companies.

Bob received a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.S. from University of Texas
at Arlington and a B.A. from Howard Payne College.
