Reza is an accomplished manager and coach, empowering people to become more productive, results-oriented, and satisfied in their work. His skill as a coach allows Reza to identify and integrate the purpose of the organization with the individual’s place in it.

Business Experience

Reza’s commitment is to organizations being transformed. He enables individuals, from line workers to CEOs, to rediscover their passion and their reason for going to work everyday. Reza brings over thirty years of management experience in oil and gas, semiconductor, and computer industries. He has designed, implemented, and managed complex integrated systems for major US corporations.

Education

Reza received a M.S. in Computer Science from University of New Mexico, a M.S. in Psychology and Organizational Development from Antioch University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from AIT University, Iran.

Personal

Reza is a science nut who enjoys running, reading, and computers. Reza lives in the Redwood Forest
of northern California with his beautiful wife and cat.
