Supervisors are under-utilized…
Companies that are transforming or changing usually depend on senior management to deliver the important messages.
Supervisors are often the forgotten resource. In their day-to-day leadership roles, supervisors can be advocates for change, role models in how to adopt to change, and the key communicators about the importance and impact of planned changes. All too often, people in the supervisory ranks stand to the side, rather than actively deliver the important messages to their teams. Supervisors can be the most critical link for effective change in the leadership chain of command. We note from experience that of all the people who deal with employees on a day-to-day basis, the most important is the supervisor.
We have designed this workshop to explore roles and behaviors a supervisor can develop that will help them become a true agent for change in their organization.
