In today’s business environment, it’s not enough to plan and manage large, complex projects.  Project leaders must be able to inspire their teams to achieve unprecedented results.  They must reach across organizational boundaries to involve key stakeholders in the success of the project at every turn.  Further, leaders must demonstrate added value long after the project has ended.

In this workshop, you will learn how to more effectively lead projects. This workshop is designed to show you how to improve participation and engagement of team members and key stakeholders. It also will deal with the disruptions that invariably appear in designing and implementing large-scale projects.
