(KCB) Joint Design Team Guide, I agree: That manual contains materials and concepts that are copyrighted and proprietary and owned by KCB. I agree that confidential materials provided in the manual are confidential and valuable to KCB. I will not, at any time, copy, duplicate, or permit the copying or duplication of any part of the Joint Design Team Guide. I agree not to publish, disclose, or in any manner, reveal, distribute, lend or permit the publication, disclosure or revelation in any manner to any person or entity, except others authorized, of any of the material contained in the Joint Design Team Guide. I will not resell, modify and sell, or repackage and sell the Joint Design Team Guide. I therefore, agree not to deliver the materials themselves, either reproduced or modified, as part of any seminar, training program, workshop, consulting, or counseling.
